With a little luck, we will see them there. Afterward, you can continue to Vidova Gora, the highest peak of the Adriatic islands (778 meters), which offers a unique view of the Zlatni Rat sandy beach, as well as to all the neighboring and distant islands of the Adriatic Sea. DAY 8: ISLAND KORCULA
Enjoy your day at leisure. Marco Polo was a world explorer, and therefore “owned by”, and considered to be the “heritage” of the whole world! While other explorers and researchers have changed the world map – Marco Polo has changed history. According to a legend, Korčula is his birthplace! The Island of Korčula is, without a doubt, one of Croatia’s most beautiful islands. Perhaps more than on any other island, it is here that the legends, stories, and historical monuments relate to each other. Famous stonemasons, shipbuilders, sailors, and people of Korčula left traces worldwide, but the best thing is what they have left for their city. Enjoy the narrow streets, beautiful churches, and palaces in one of the most beautiful cities on the Mediterranean. Overnight in Korcula town.
DAY 9: ISLAND KORCULA
Enjoy your day at leisure. You can also jump to Dubrovnik from here as very close to Korcula. The view of the sunlit Old Town of Dubrovnik is a great opportunity for an unforgettable photo in your album! Take a walk along its cobbled streets in the company of a professional guide while discovering treasures of Dubrovnik’s past and present. Put your hands on the ancient walls and feel the remnants of the city’s incredibly rich history. Overnight in Korcula town.
DAY 10: ISLAND KORCULA – TROGIR (2.5 HRS BY FERRY / 1 HR DRIVE)
Bid farewell to the island of Korcula and enjoy today’s transfer toward Trogir. Trogir is a historic town included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. Surrounded by medieval walls, this small town is home to numerous buildings that testify to its rich history. We will visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with a famous main portal made by master Radovan, the 15th-century Town Hall, the Town Hall, Ćipiko Palace, and the 11th-century Benedictine Monastery.
